can he stay like this forever

right now i am the center of this little guys world.  it has a lot to do with the little baby girl that has joined our family but even before that brooks was my little side kick.  he may push me to the edge and burn every nerve i have left by the end of the day but to see his face light up when i pick him up melts my heart.  poor guy has been so sick these last few weeks.  two ear infections, bronchitis, stomach bug and strep to be more specific.  he has worn me out with his neediness but just look at that face.  i wish he would feel like this forever but i know a day will come when he won't want me to love all over him in front of his friends.  until then i will remind myself to cherish every single moment...
