had to share

i took brooks back to the park where i have taken his heart surgery anniversary pictures the last 2 years.  i thought it would be fun to go back every year and take pictures of him and compare them to the previous year.  i got some really cute ones but am saving them for his special day, july 29.  i had to just share this one though.  i can still see him as a baby here but you can also see what a big boy he is turning in to.  even though july 29 was a terrible day for us 3 years ago i am so grateful to be able to celebrate it every year as a new beginning for brooks.  what a miracle he is!
