o christmas tree
last week we went to pick out our christmas tree. andrew insists every year that we get a real one. i must admit that i do love the smell and look of a real tree but the ease of fake one would be nice. anyway, off to the tree lot we went on a freezing night here in georgia. this year carson is super excited every time he sees a christmas tree or santa. he was so excited to go and pick out his tree, but the poor kid was frozen! the boys lasted about 5 minutes outside and then back to the car they went. carson stood nicely for his picture but our little tornado, otherwise known as brooks, is in a phase where he does not stand still nor listen well. so in an attempt to get him to stand next to his brother i told him he could have some M's (m&ms). once carson heard brooks was getting M's he started to cry and say that he wanted M's too. at that point i realized it was way too cold and they were way too tired and hungry to pose for any pictures. oh well.

cheeeeesssseeeee. sweet little guy always does what he is told. well, most of the time.

i snapped the camera fast enough to get one semi-still picture of b. his portrait days are gone for a bit till he can learn to stay still :)

carson crying because i told brooks he could have candy if he took a picture.

Second - I'm trying to remain loyal to my alma mater, but Auburn does a way better job of having cute toddler clothes! I loooove the stocking caps!
