iron bowl 2010

in case you aren't familiar with college football or you live under a rock ;) the friday after thanksgiving was the iron bowl. this is the annual game between auburn (THE university of alabama) and alabama. this year was especially important because auburn is making a run for the national championship and if anyone could stop us it would have been alabama. the game started off terrible. we were down 24-0 in the blink of an eye. fortunately andrew and i knew what to do to help the tigers out. andrew changed his shirt, i changed my earrings, and the boys put on their jerseys. andrew and megan had to watch the game outside and i had to stay inside. once we had the right combo we were good to go. auburn came out at the second half and shut those bammers up! it was a nail bitter till the very end but the better team pulled it out! War Eagle!!!

andrew and carson in their rugby stripes. saved especially for the iron bowl, only to be ripped off after the first quarter to put on our "lucky" shirt and jersey. it looked good while it lasted though!

brooks would not let me take off his sweatshirt. then he wouldn't let put it back on him. he spent the last quarter of the game like this. whatever works, we won :)
