meet the teacher day

carson had his official meet the teacher day on tuesday. every time i ask him if he wants to go to school he will say, "i would like to stay right here" so needless to say, i am worried. he did great meeting his teacher and other classmates. we used his walker and he trucked it on in to the school full speed ahead. he was so excited to be able to go see the fish (they have a big aquarium right when you walk in), his playground, the train, etc. he was walking so fast his feet could barely keep up. i'm really hoping that using his walker more will help him with his independent walking. it was hard for me because i knew people were looking at him wondering what is wrong. i wanted to tell everyone, "he's fine! he was born early and only weighed 1 lb 15 oz. but he's amazing, you'll see!"but i figured i would let everyone find out for themselves just how special and amazing he is, it won't take long ;) so, say a little prayer for all of us tomorrow. it'll be a tough day, i just can't believe this day is already here.

b was SO upset when i was outside taking carson's picture. he could see us on the other side and was screaming and crying. as i was trying to leave with carson, he had me by both legs. my mom had to use the jaws of life to get him off of me. can't wait to try and send this one to school, jeez!
