Labor Day 2010
we had another fun filled Labor Day weekend at the lake. it's always bitter sweet each year, this year maybe a little bit more bitter. i always love summer time, it's filled with so many fun thing to do and places to go. but then the end of summer means the start of auburn football, which we also love very much! this year was harder because i knew once Labor Day was over that meant carson starts preschool, which i am so not ready for. but, i knew the day was coming and have had all summer to prepare carson and myself. here are some of the pictures we had from this weekend.
more boat rides, carson did not like wearing the life vest, but we all know the first rule of the lake is safety!
we thought that carson was finally big enough to try tubing this year. he loved it! of course, we were only going 2 miles an hour. he kept saying, "we have to go faster" but papa was a bit stingy with the speed. he loved bouncing over the waves. maybe next year we can go 5 miles per hour?!
ready for some auburn football!
a brothers shot is really hard to get these days, this was the best i could do!
out for a boat ride. two cute little backsides.
running around in our orange and blue
a family shot before game time, we watched to game outside by the pool at our neighbors, the kellehers, this was the first time in many many years that andrew hasn't gone to the first game. things are a bit different now with two kiddos :)
what you can't tell in this picture is that carson is begging to go swimming in "mrs. glynn and mr. chris's pool" which is right in front of him.

brooks loved the boat ride and so did carson, maybe a little to much because he passed out half way through it.
driving the boat with papa, carson slept through his turn :)
