new glasses

someone got a new pair of glasses. he looks even more adorable, which i didn't think was possible. he has done such a great job about leaving them on. the cutest part is that they don't stay up on his nose very well ( he has no "bridge" on his nose to keep them up ) so he pushes them up with his little finger. it's so cute to see him do without even thinking about it. now he looks even more like a little man and not a baby. ugh! i wish they could just slow down this whole growing up process!

so, i know for most of you this pose isn't a big deal. you sit this way without even thinking about it. we used to call it indian style. i guess that's not pc anymore, so now they call it criss-cross-applesauce. before getting botox injections carson's muscles were too tight and it was almost impossible for him to sit this way. but since getting botox i catch him in the position more and more. it's so cute to hear him say, "sit criss-cross-applesauce" he's just practicing for school :) that's a whole different post for another day. i'm still not ready to face the fact that he is starting preschool in september.
