little drummer boy

i found b playing the drums on the toilet the other day. yes, instead of telling him no and washing his hands, i took a picture. it's not like he was in the toilet. he loves water, anywhere he can find it. the tub, bo's water bowl, the toilet. i can't wait for summer so this kid can swim in the pool!



we've been so busy the last few days i really haven't had any time to update the blog. the boys are finally over their ear infections but now b is teething, i can feel the two top teeth coming in, and carson has a fever. not sure what is going on with him, i'm hoping it's just a 24 hour thing and we don't have to go back to the doctor since he loves that so much (just kidding!).

i've also been working on brooks's first birthday party. can you believe he will be one in a month? crazy how time flies. i've got some great pictures of him to share, but not till his birthday post so you'll have to wait. they're super cute though, he looks like such a big boy in them.

this is a picture i took a few weeks ago, when it started snowing again. we've has "snow" three times this year. two of the times it wasn't the fun stuff, but it still looked pretty cool as it fell. carson was showing brooks the snow. he's really starting to play with his brother more and more. of course brooks LOVES it any time carson shows him any kind of attention. it's really sweet to see carson giving him hugs and laughing with him.
