santa's favorites

we made the ever loved trip to see santa the other day. the good thing about andrew not working (still trying to remain positive about that!) is that he was home during the day and able to go with us to see santa. because both the boys are still on the "don't take them around a ton of kids/people" category we went on wednesday morning and walked right up to santa. now i know that these men are way over having kids sit and scream/cry/whine/complain etc etc but do they have to be so blah about it. i mean come on! you look like santa for a reason, act like it! this guy was no good at all and i feel like my kids were jipped out of the experience. oh well. carson did fairly well. i was expecting a much worse reaction but once i gave him turner, he was fine. b sat and looked at me like, "what am i supposed to do with this guy?" oh well, we paid for the obligatory photos they took and walked away pretty unsatisfied. next year. there's always next year.

ahhh, he looks so big!

b always attacks carson when he gets close enough. carson makes sure that doesn't happen very often by staying far away!

with santa. like i said, he looked the part but did not act like it. you can see the excitement in the boys' eyes.

carson was more interested in turner. maybe if it had been a handy manny santa?
