Thanksgiving
we had a wonderful Thanksgiving this year at andrew's parents' house. we had great food and watched a lot of football, and did a lot of relaxing! brooks enjoyed some sweet potato casserole and carson had a peanut butter "sammich" as he call it, and some goldfish. maybe next year he will have a taste for yummy Thanksgiving food. cameron joined us from Dallas and even made the trip to Auburn to see the Iron Bowl. what a great game! it would have been a tad bit better if we had won, but we sure gave them a run for their money! as usual, i didn't pull my camera out till half way through tailgating but i did get a few pictures of the day.
we were walking out to take some family pictures and if you notice in the the top right corner, bo is running like she has never run before. she was having a field day running along the river!

at the tailgate for the Iron Bowl! ash is even wearing orange and blue just for me!
not sure what we were talking about but it must have been funny!
i have known this guy and his great family for over 25 years! we grew up in the same 'hood. cedar creek was the place to be!
me, matt and ashley
the husband. we have been tailgating for almost 10 years now in the same spot! gosh i feel old now!
meg, cameron and me
with daniel and ashley. how they stay married during football season amazes me!
even though we lost the game it still was a great day. the fans didn't leave the stadium until the last player disappeared into the tunnel. as the team was clearing the field all you could hear was everyone cheering, "it's great to be and auburn tiger." i am always so sad to see the last home game of the season end but now it's time to get ready for Christmas, i started with brooks...
