botox appointment

phew, we (and I do mean we, this was really hard for me) made it through the botox appointment. carson did an excellent job. it's so hard taking him in because he is laughing and playing around with the toys and then as soon as the doctor comes in he knows. the look on his face instantly changes to a much more serious tone. poor kid has had to go through so much he knows when something is about to happen. it's never a good sign when he has to lay down and mom has to hold his upper body still. that's when the tears start flowing, both of us. it only takes 5 minutes at the most but it feals like FOREVER! he got a total of 6 shots. on in each adductor and two in each hamstring. let's pray that it was worth it! on the way home the little guy just passed out and i didn't have the heart to wake him up to get him out of the car so i left him in there with the windows down, it was a nice day outside so he was fine. he slept for an hour and a half in there!

he was still a bit dazed once he got up, check out the hair!

my mom got carson a special treat since he had to have the shots. check it out...

i wasn't sure he would actually like riding it but he LOVES it. he calls is his mickey motorcycle. we spent the afternoon outside riding around in circles. he hasn't quite figured out how to turn the handle bars while he is pressing the button. he just laughs and laughs as he starts and stops, it is so cute!
