Hospital Trip

Let me start by staying everyone is OK! My butt ended up in the hospital last night for a 23 hour observation. I was having contractions and just didn't feel right. So they hooked me up to an IV for fluids and started another type of medicine. As soon as both of those started everything calmed down. I was still stuck in the hospital for the rest of the night. I saw my doctor this morning and he was pleased that the contractions had stopped and my cervix hadn't changed so he let me go! Thank goodness, I did not want to ring in the new year hooked up to all kinds of machines. Needless to say, I an exhausted so I am going to take a nap and I may not wake up till 2009!
