Doctor's Update

We had a pediatrician visit today. Carson is still no where near the charts for his weight (16 lbs 8 oz)! His doctor has decided he has one fast metabolism. His height is just barely on the charts (28 1/2 inches) but at least we are on the chart! Dr. Putnam said by kindergarten he'll be all square with everyone else. Poor baby had to get 4 shots! The first one took him by surprise and the last 3 were torture for him and me. It kills me to see him get so sad :( but by the time we got to the car he was fine. What a trooper. I had to fill out the 14 month old check list which was also torture for me. Why would they do that to a preemie parent? Oh well, we did have a few "yes" and "sometimes" boxes to check, we're working on it! All in all it was a great visit, again she declared him as perfect, like we didn't already know that!
