We Are Home!!!
I have been waiting to type those words for 85 days! We are finally home. It was a very surreal experience walking out the door with Andrew carrying Carson in his carseat. We have seen countless parents walking out with their little ones everyday and praying that we too would be able to walk out and put our baby in our car and drive away. We did just that today. Now the real fun begins!
Just as I had thought, it was hard to leave today. I have gotten so used to driving to the NICU multiple times a day and hanging out with the nurses and staff. I will really miss them all! We could not ask for better people to be taking care of our babies. They are all amazing people.
As soon as I get my pictures on the computer I will post them...off to feed my baby!

Can you believe it yet? If your experience is anything like bringing mine home, it still doesn't feel quite real yet...you have waited so long.
Take your time, love on your boy, and thank the Lord!!!
Welcome home! Kimberly Brown
The best of everything to you... your new family, and new life ahead. May you always be this happy. Stay in touch with the rest of us, as hours and days go by and life and each day gets ahead of you. We are always awaiting for more and more good news (and pictures too.)
Love and blessings to you and your family,
My Love, Aunt Nancy
You have no idea who I am but my parents are a friend of your parents, Andrew. I have been reading your blog from the beginning and my heart has rejoiced & ached as you've been on your journey. Congratulations! I have an almost 9 month old & your family is in our goodnight prayers each night. I just felt compelled to comment for some reason! This is such a glorious day. The Lord is caring for you all the way. Although not perfect in our earthly eyes, your Heavenly Father has made this day perfect in His. Cooper is rejoicing right along with you & his brother! Enjoy that sweet, precious little boy...there really is nothing like a little boy! You are seasoned parents already & have so much to look forward to!
God Bless You!

After the first 6 months, we hope that many of the major parenting tasks will seem like something that both of you have done forever. We are thrilled for you, Phil and Eillen, Carol and Greg and Cameron and Meagan. Put on your dancing shoes and shout for joy!
