Cooper's Blood Pressure

As of this afternoon Cooper was off of his blood pressure medicine! He was on a level of 4 this morning and when I went back his nurse, Melinda, had turned it off and he was still keeping a steady blood pressure. As with everything we know that he could go back on at any time, but for now he is off. It's a preemie victory! Dave and Kelly's (the wonderful cousins who are connected to Children's Healthcare who helped us get through Carson's VAD surgery) son Grant, who was the ring bearer in our wedding, has been praying for Carson and Cooper's blood pressure. It must be working, thank you Grant! Keep up the prayers. That goes for everyone else too. Cooper is starting to look really good now. Each nurse that comes on says how much better he looks than he did last weekend. I know realize just how sick he was. Thank you everyone for praying for our little boys. They are fighting as hard as they can, but your thoughts and prayers have been amazing. I can't tell you how many people I talk to each day who ask how they are doing. Andrew and I are so lucky to have all of you out there thinking of our little family. I can't say it enough, but we are blessed.

Hey Lauren and Andrew,
Sorry to be out of touch for a few days. I was off on business and out of internet contact. What great news! Even the sheep are smiling.

You would have been so proud today! The class did the tug-o-war while chanting FOR MISS HESS! FOR MISS HESS! They really miss you. Bryan took several pictures for you of the class. You are in our prayers.

Laruren and Andrew, our prayers have been with you and the boys. We pray that each day they get stronger. We will continue to lift them up in prayer for God's healing and caring. Stephanie Spradlin and family (your neighbor across from Debbie)

Go, Cooper! Good job, Grant! Let's go, Carson! My class asked about the boys yesterday. Several of the students said that they are too shy to write anything, but they've been following the boys' stories and send you their prayers and love.

Love,
Lisa
